In 2023, KrisFlyer set out to build awareness among Gen Z audiences. “Kris Fam” was developed as a campaign centred around a miles contest, brought to life through a cast of relatable 3D characters. These characters acted as the visual hook—designed to resonate with younger audiences and make the brand feel more accessible and engaging.
